Although I am an actual argentine and I agree with most of your statement and point of view, I would have to disagree with other stuff. I wasn’t around in that time, and I can’t care less about who they “belong” to. Not saying that you do but people tend to judge us (not as a government but as civilians) like we all still need o believe we’re gonna get them back and I’m sure there are some people who would think that, but what other people like me want is some kind of recognition from the argentine government to all those who died unfairly just that.. the brits where prepared enough for that shit of war but our side was fucked up from the beginning, unprepared kids and lots of hiding truth to the people. 

So what I believe is that we don’t have to hate each other for stupid things we had in the past (if it was for that, we would have to hate the whole world, just saying) just be aware of what happened as history and how shitty were both parties.. (like our military government for make a pathetic and pointless war and the brits for not keeping their word like they promised in the 1800s saying they would use falklands for 100 years and they would give it back afterwards..).

Kelpers want to remain brit ‘cause they would die of hunger if they were argentine, it’s just stupid to believe they can be willing argentine.

and offtopic: I went to London for a month and not even one person told me anything about the conflict, they don’t care and I personally don’t care either..
